Most of our sessions run on Claude, so please have it set up and running before we start. If your session is on a different tool, we'll email you the exact setup once it's booked, no need to do the steps below.

Create a Claude account at claude.ai for each attendee. The Pro plan ($20/month) covers the Claude desktop app, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code. Sign up at least 2 days before.
Download the Claude desktop app on the laptop you'll be using on the day.
Save the files you ticked above into one folder on that laptop.
